Help Your Campus Take Back the Tap

A bottled water backlash is stirring on campuses across the country. Whether it’s the plastic waste generated by empty bottles, the health concerns surrounding lenient regulations on bottled water, or the myth that consumers are getting more bang for their buck, students, faculty and staff are working together to take back the tap.

On campuses, concerned citizens are passing student body resolutions opposing bottled water, launching awareness campaigns, removing bottled water from campus, and using creativity to get the word out.

Students, faculty and staff have the power lead the charge against bottled water. Your student body government, alumni association, department, student organization or club can make a difference. Find or start a chapter on your campus, and help take back the tap!

I’m interested in participating in a Take Back the Tap chapter on my campus! Please contact me with information on how I can oppose bottled water and support public tap water in my area.
